Treviño Advisory Group
CFO-level financial leadership on a monthly retainer: cash flow forecasting, capital structure, treasury operations, and financial reporting.
Get in Touch What We DoServices
We keep the books, reconcile every account, and close each month with a P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and budget-vs-actual you can act on.
A rolling forecast built from real receivables, payables, payroll, and debt service. You see shortfalls a quarter out and decide before they arrive.
We size debt against cash flow, restructure what is not working, set reserves, and build the plan for how the company is financed as it grows.
Vendor payments, debt service, payroll funding, and reserve accounts run from your own bank accounts under written authority, with every dollar logged.
SBA and bank loan packages, lender-ready financials, and covenant reporting after the loan closes.
An annual budget, the operating metrics that matter for your business, and quarterly estimates and year-end planning coordinated with your CPA.
How We Work
Owner-led companies need CFO-level judgment without the cost of a full-time executive. We provide it: financial reporting, forecasting, capital structure, and treasury operations, run from your own accounts, with every transaction logged and reported to you.
Getting Started
Signed engagement letter and payment authorization. We get read and payment access to your bank accounts under our own login, connect the accounting file, and bring the books current.
Within the first month you have a 13-week cash flow forecast built from your actual receivables, payables, payroll, and debt schedule, and a first read on your capital structure.
You receive your first full statement package with commentary, and the monthly cycle runs from there.

Mario is a former U.S. Army officer. He holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Engineering in Financial Technology and a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University.
He manages over $10 million in revenue across the firm's client portfolio and built the treasury and reporting software used in every engagement.
LinkedInQuestions
A bookkeeper records transactions. A CPA files returns and gives tax advice. We do the work in between: close the books, forecast cash, structure debt and reserves, run payments, and give you the numbers to make decisions. We coordinate with your CPA; we do not replace them.
A flat monthly retainer set by the scope of the engagement, invoiced monthly, with no long-term commitment. The retainer is agreed in the engagement letter before any work begins.
Your funds stay in your own bank accounts. We operate under a written payment authorization using our own login, every transaction is logged, and you receive a disbursement report each month. You can revoke access at your bank at any time.
A signed engagement letter and payment authorization, online-banking access, and your accounting file. From there we bring the books current and build the first forecast within the first month.
